Discipline vs. Regret

Discipline vs. Regret
Webster refers to Discipline as "training that corrects, molds, or perfects the mental faculties or moral character" - "Self Control".  It is said that one of the biggest inhibitors in our quest to be fit and healthy is a lack of Discipline and Self-Control.  We live in a Society where "Super-Size" is almost a way of life; where stadium seats have been enlarged to accommodate our growing physiques; and where reactive health care is common.  Choosing to be Disciplined requires great Self-Control; which for the lazy may be extremely painful.  Likewise, Webster defines Regret as "to mourn the loss or death of" - "to be very sorry for".  90 days or 1 year from now, what results do you desire in your body?  What are you willing to do to obtain them?  Are you willing to suffer the pain of Discipline rather than suffering the pain of Regret?  Commit 2 B FIT!!
