Once you have completed your Initial Consultation and Fitness Assessment, we recommend you set up Free Profiles on the following websites to ensure Maximum Support and Accountability!  
  • FitDay - Nutrition / Meal Tracking
  • JEFIT - Exercise / Fitness Routine 
Please Note:  Master Trainer will need access to these profiles as well, so we recommend you establish a User Name and Password you are willing to share.  We guarantee that these will remain confidential and only be used for support and accountability!!
